At Twisted Rootz Sacred Sound, Reiki sessions guided by my S.A.C.R.E.D.™ Method unfold in sacred communion with nature. You may choose to receive this work floating in the pool under open sky (water), beneath the trees with the ground beneath you (earth), or within the screened-in gazebo where the wind flows freely (air).

Using singing bowls placed on and around the body—or through a private, fully enveloping sound bath—we weave a cocoon of vibration that quiets the noise, clears the static, and invites your whole being to soften, release, and restore.
